New opportunity: Education Manager at the Rochester Bridge Trust

Would you like to lead a team of people who are dedicated to inspiring the next generation? The Rochester Bridge Trust has an opportunity for an Education Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the development, delivery and continuous improvement of our educational initiatives. You will lead a team of in-house and freelance education officers, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure impactful learning experiences.

Nicola Parks, Director of Charitable Projects, said: “This non-teaching, leadership role offers a unique opportunity for someone who is committed to positively influencing young people and adults beyond the classroom setting.

“Our work spans multiple areas, including engineering and agriculture, and we engage with children and adults through educational resources, scholarships, bursaries, hands-on activities, and more. We are now looking for a dedicated leader to guide and grow this important work.”

This is a full-time, permanent position, with hours from Monday to Thursday (the offices are closed on Fridays). The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000.
