A former science teacher, Claire has worked with Rochester Bridge Trust as an Education Officer since 2022.
She loves getting into the classroom and talking about engineering with students and is keen to link their learning about bridges to the curriculum.
Claire is a mum of two little girls and also works as an online tutor part-time. Her other interests include gardening and sustainable living.
Harry has been part of the Education team since March 2022. Her Dad always wanted her to be an engineer, but she went to LAMDA and became a Technical Stage Manager instead.
She has a BSc in childhood and youth studies, has previous experience working with schools as a Project Officer in the School Improvement Team at Medway Council and comes from a family of teachers, educational psychologists and a thatcher. Harry brings her theatre credentials and teaching know-how to her work with Rochester Bridge Trust – teaching children about engineering.
Julia has worked in education for more than 20 years and qualified to be a primary school teacher at Canterbury Christ Church University in 2020. She is also a qualified Forest School Leader.
Being an avid fan of science, when the opportunity came along to join the Education Team at the Rochester Bridge Trust in November 2021, Julia jumped at the chance and relishes the work involved.
She loves being outside, walking, photography, drinking tea and is totally bonkers about history and science. She lives with her partner, Neil, and their daughter, two gorgeous Labradors, three rescued chickens, a bunch of honey bees and one tiny hamster.
