Langdon the Lion was thrilled to see how many young people entered his bridge drawing competition.
Children from across Britain sent him such a great selection of pictures that he’s not only selected two winners but also a number of runners up to receive highly commended certificates.
Isabelle, 8, won a K’Nex Introduction to Structures: Bridges kit for her bright and colourful drawing showing people enjoying a river and bridge scene.
Then because there was a large selection of entries from younger bridge fans Langdon chose a drawing by Aurora, 5, to win a K’Nex kit for younger children.
Other favourite drawings were by Leo, 9; Finley, 8; Jack, 7; Phoebe, 7; Katherine, 5; and Ivor 3. They each received a certificate.
Langdon the Lion added: “Thank you so much to all the girls and boys who showed me how much they love bridges by drawing a picture for me. I hope all the winners enjoy their prizes and enjoy learning to build bridges.
